We celebrate Juneteenth as a call to action. We acknowledge our past, our present, and our future. We believe in the opportunity to shift our history to correct the ills of our past. We continue to recognize the history of Juneteenth and come together to celebrate it as a Skokie community event. Join us on Friday to learn more about Juneteenth and engage in discussion. Join us on Saturday, to celebrate Juneteenth. Try the food inspired by Juneteenth. Participate in fun activities. Meet your neighbors.
